The show aquarium is rich in plants, in fish and colours - and is placed in the living room where the whole family is enriched by the aquarium on a daily basis. Many plants in the aquarium shows that there is also space for a high abundance of fish, in this case, Discus. Heteranthera dominates in the left side of the aquarium while Bacopa makes the background in the right side. Several types of coloured stem plants are placed in the midground which creates an elegant colour contrast to the green background. Marsilea creates a carpet in the foreground and helps to keep a healthy balance in the aquarium.
Tip! The stem plants has to be trimmed often to ensure that the down shadow out other plants.
