Bright green colours of Hygrophila costata and Hemianthus ’Cuba’ enclose and contrast the deep, green Bolbitis and the
purple-red of Hygrophila araguaia and Nymphaea Lotus.
Both Hygrophila costata and Hemianthus ’Cuba’ are very vigorous growers that must be trimmed hard and often to prevent
outcompeting their neighbours. Leaves of the lotus reaching surface must be removed to ensure new submerse leaves to appear.
