Massive pieces of hard rock are surrounded by large groups of plants, all with a very soft appearance. This creates a calm and pleasant atmosphere to the viewer. The warm, orange-red colors of Nesaea crassicaulis and Rotala 'Bonsai' are enhanced by the intense green of Pogostemon erectus, Heteranthera zosterifolia and Limnophila aquatica. Eleocharis 'Mini' will cover the substrate, without ever needing top-trimming.
Tip! The quite simple use of rocks and use of very few different plants is what makes this aquarium so peaceful.
