Coconuts are becoming increasingly popular amongst aquarium enthusiasts both for their practicality and aesthetics.

We decided to pair one of our best sellers, the beautiful Hygrophila pinnatifida with our sustainable coconut caves. Hygrophila pinnatifida originates from India. With its brown, patched surface leaves and distinctive burgundy color underneath, Hygrophila pinnatifida is a guaranteed eye catcher. Growth is moderate, stems 15-40 cm tall and 10-20 cm wide, and the color is attractive when planted in small groups with a plain background. It’s recommended to trim the stems for a “bushier” growth.
